Aqua Barre

Aqua Barre is a low impact class focused on building strength and creating a stronger core through improved balance. Class will take place primarily in the shallow end, and may venture to the deep end for select exercises.

Aqua Fitness

A Low/Moderate intensity water exercise class designed to stretch and strengthen your entire body through aerobic conditioning.

Aqua VIIT Deep

Deep-water class will combine traditional toning exercises and swimming movements in a variable intensity intermittent interval training (VIIT) format. Floatation belt advised.

Aqua Zumba

Aqua Zumba® combines the traditional elements of aqua fitness classes with the upbeat, Latin-infused dance moves Zumba fitness is famous for. A shallow water class with emphasis placed on toning for the entire body, increases aerobic fi ness all while partying in the pool.

Circuit Training

Not your average water fitness class. This class is welcome to all fitness levels. Elements of tabata, cardio, HIIT, resistance and strength & conditioning will be added to this class. Every move can be modified to meet your specific goals!

Deep Water Fitness

Class held in deep water, with use of a flotation belt  for proper alignment. Challenge your body with this high intensity water exercise. It includes cardiovascular and muscle conditioning, non-weight bearing and no impact on joints.

Functional Fitness

This class is a full body workout! Goals include building strength and flexibility around key muscles used for every day function, and general cardio. Class will be mixed in the deep and shallow ends.

H20 Boot camp

The class will incorporate the use of weights and other tools to facilitate strength gains while a mix of fast cardio exercises will be spread throughout, to keep your heart rate and calorie burn going up! This is a high intensity water fitness program with low impact and impact on joints and expands lung capacity as well as the benefits of weight and resistance training.

Joint Venture

Exercises approved by the Arthritis Foundation include walking, gentle stretching, flexing, extension and range-of-motion. Exercises are done in shallow water and focus on activities of daily living, moving a joint through your range of motion and holding it to feel a gentle stretch in the muscle.

Lablast Splash

LaBlast Splash is a shallow water aqua fitness program based on all the dances you see on “Dancing with the Stars”. It’s partner free, includes joint friendly cardio building and resistance training. Celebrate the beauty of dancing in the water to a wide variety of music.

Tabata/HIIT

This is a mixed format class. Tabata consists of eight rounds of ultra-high-intensity exercises in a specific 20-seconds-on, 10-seconds-off interval. HIIT Stands for High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT workout alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less intense activity or active recovery. Both deep and shallow participants welcome.

Registration opens 72 hours in advance of the start of the class. (ex. 9am class registration for Friday will open at 9am Tuesday, 3 days before). If you find you are unable to attend, please unregister prior to the start of class to ensure everyone has an opportunity to participate.
