Cycle, Cycle Strength
Our high energy cardio cycle workouts incorporate a mix of intervals, speed drills, jumps and hills on our stationary bikes. Benefit from a major calorie burn as upbeat music and motivating instructors. In our Cycle Strength classes you’ll enjoy all the cardio benefits of cycling with total body strength training.

Fit for Life, Fit for Life Strength
Low Impact is now Fit for Life! This class is designed for anyone looking for a gentle approach to fitness. By incorporating low impact cardio movements and light strength training, we’ll work together to improve your balance and mobility, all while increasing your overall strength.


HIGH FITNESS
Attention Jane Fonda fans, aerobics is back! High Fitness transforms old school aerobics into a highly addictive new experience that combines simple modern fitness techniques with music you know and love. This high energy, intense workout alternates between cardio peaks and toning tracks. All levels are welcome!

LABLAST
LaBlast® Fitness is a dance fitness program based on all of the ballroom dances as seen on Dancing with the Stars. It is partner-free, includes all components of fitness, and uses music from every era & genre. Dances include: Cha Cha Cha, Disco, Jive, Lindy Hop, Merengue, Paso Doble, Quick Step, Salsa and Samba.

Vinyasa Yoga, Chair Flow Yoga, Gentle Flow Yoga, Power Flow Yoga
Flow through various yoga poses while maintaining an emphasis on breath and mindfulness. Gain strength, balance and flexibility while visiting various poses that include standing, bending, twisting and lunging. We offer a wide array of yoga classes, from chair yoga for those who aren’t able to stand for long periods to beginner yoga, power yoga and traditional vinyasa flow.


ZUMBA
Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba Toning
This full body, cardio-based, dance fitness party will get your heart rate pumping to the beat of the music and leave you sweating and smiling. For active older adults, our modified Zumba Gold class recreates the moves you love at a lower-intensity with a focus on balance, range of motion and coordination. For the more advanced, our Zumba Toning class incorporates strength training exercises within the dances.
