ENHANCE FITNESS
Enhance Fitness is an evidence-based group exercise and falls prevention program that helps older adults at all levels of fitness become more active, energized, and empowered. This class is perfect for older adults who are interested in getting started or getting back into fitness, but need a bit of support to regain strength safely.
Program Details
Enhance Fitness is taught by nationally trained and certified instructors. Classes meet three times per week for 16 weeks. Each participant has the option to participate in the program from a standing position or seated position.
Enhance Fitness is offered at no cost to the community due to generous support from organizations like Beth Israel Lahey Health and other committed supporters.

Interested in a different location? Although we’re not able to run Enhance Fitness at all of our centers, we are taking requests for possible future locations. Fill out our interest form to request another Greater Boston YMCA center.
