ENHANCE FITNESS
Next Session begins March 2024.
This comprehensive class includes cardiovascular fitness, strength training, balance and flexibility training. Participants typically enjoy an increase in energy, better balance and strength, improved flexibility and a greater sense of independence! An added bonus is many of our participants create meaningful social connections and report greater overall feelings of happiness.
Program Details
Classes are taught by nationally trained and certified instructors. Enhance Fitness is offered at no cost to the community due to generous support from organizations like Beth Israel Lahey Health and other committed supporters.
