It’s not just you. We all struggle with what the heck to make or buy each day to feed ourselves and our families – that meets the nutritional guidelines taught in this course. Here we offer some recommended recipes, including some of our team’s favorite, go-to items.

We are always looking to add to this library of resources for all of us to use. You know we are big believers in collaborative problem-solving, so if you have a recipe you’d like to share, send it to me at mcoville@ymcaboston.org. We will have one of our dietitians review it and may include it on the site.
