3rd Party Pay Through Insurance
Do you want to enjoy the benefits of a YMCA membership without paying out of pocket? If you have an insurance plan that includes monthly fitness club membership dues, you may be eligible for a third-party payor insurance plan at the YMCA.

With a third-party payor plan, your insurance covers the cost of your YMCA membership fees. This gives you access to the YMCA’s fitness centers, pools, group exercise classes, virtual fitness, and more at no additional cost to you. All you need to do is scan-in monthly to keep your membership benefits.

If you have insurance through any of these companies, please contact them to determine your eligibility for this benefit.

The YMCA offers a variety of group exercise and aqua fitness classes included with your YMCA membership! Explore some of our most popular classes below.

How To Check-In to Class with the App

Fit for Life & Fit For Life Strength
This class is designed for anyone looking for a gentle approach to fitness. By incorporating low impact cardio movements and light strength training, we’ll work together to improve your balance and mobility, all while increasing your overall strength.
 
Tai Chi
This low-impact martial arts class involves slow movements through various postures. Sometimes described as “meditation in motion”, Tai Chi connects mind and body with an emphasis on breath and gentle movement.
 
Zumba Gold
This full body, dance fitness party will get your heart rate pumping to Latin and world music. Following easy-to-learn dance choreography, this cardio based workout will leave you sweating and smiling.

Aqua Arthritis
A water exercise program for people with arthritis that aims to improve mobility, strength, and coordination. These classes are low-impact and can help reduce pain and stiffness.
 
Aqua Fitness
A low/moderate intensity water exercise class designed to stretch your entire body through aerobic conditioning.
 
Aqua Zumba®
Aqua Zumba® combines the traditional elements of aqua fitness classes with the upbeat, Latin-infused dance moves a music Zumba fitness is famous for. A shallow water class with emphasis placed on toning for the entire body, increases aerobic fitness all while partying in the pool.

Community Health Programs

Our Community Health Programs offer specialized support for our members, aimed at improving or maintaining health through a variety of health circumstances.

Healthy Habits

In this 10-week virtual course that meets once a week, you will be working directly with our expert team of Registered Dieticians and Certified Personal Trainers, who will teach you how to take charge of your health and feel better every day. BONUS! Healthy Habits participants and alumni also have access to our exciting new digital resource center - Healthy Habits Hub! The Hub provides the full curriculum, recipes, instructor blogs, reading material for additional support, and access to our private Facebook group, and much more!

Diabetes Prevention Program

This program offers small group classes that meet for 16 sessions over the course of a year. Classes are led by a trained lifestyle coach, and you’ll work together with your group to learn strategies to help prevent the disease.

Enhance Fitness

This 16-week exercise program is ideal for older adults, particularly those with arthritis. This comprehensive class includes cardiovascular fitness, strength training, balance, and flexibility training. Participants typically enjoy an increase in energy, better balance and strength, improved flexibility, and a greater sense of independence! An added bonus is many of our participants create meaningful social connections and report greater overall feelings of happiness.

Livestrong at the YMCA

LIVESTRONG is a small-group exercise and peer-support program designed to help you if you have cancer or have experienced cancer by strengthening your body, mind and spirit

Healthy Habits
