Healthy Kids Day is a celebration dedicated to teaching kids about the importance of healthy eating, nutrition and physical activity, mental and emotional well-being, and developing healthy habits…and that all starts with your family and the Y.
Join us at your local YMCA to celebrate Healthy Kids Day! Fun events, games, activities, open swim, group exercise and youth class demonstrations, healthy snacks, contests and prizes, local vendors, and community partner booths, and so much more are all free and open to the community. Charles River YMCA (863 Great Plain Ave Parking Lot) — 10:00am-12:00pm — Face painting, bouncy house, cornhole, bubble table, Needham Safety Department, Rocket the Dog, National Guard. Vendor tables and so much more! Healthy snacks from Bakers Best and Needham Nutrition.
Charlestown YMCA — 9:00am-1:00pm — Local Businesses and Vendors in Gym, Knucklebones Activities, Bouncy House (11:30am-1pm)
