Announcement: New CRM Launch!
We are excited to inform you of an upcoming transition to a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that will help us enhance your membership and program experience. This new technology will improve how we serve you, making it easier to access all the YMCA programs and services you enjoy most, manage your account, and easily view your payment history and due dates!
Launch Date & Temporary Service Interruption
Our new CRM system will officially go live on November 4, 2024.
Online program registration for youth and adult programs, along with other features on our current CRM will be unavailable from October 28 – November 24. If you would like to register for a Late Fall Program (Late Fall session runs 10/28 – 12/21) please visit your local YMCA location. Registration for our Winter 2025 programs will be available online for members beginning on November 25 in our new system. Registration for non-members will begin December 16.
Billing Date Change
Starting in November, we will also be updating the automatic membership draft date to the 5th of every month. This change will go into effect with your Membership payment in November. Child Development program drafts will remain on Mondays per existing payment plans.
