The Burbank YMCA, which was built in 1999 with a generous donation by Reading residents Nelson and Rita Burbank, is located in the heart of Reading and serves the communities of Reading, North Reading, Wakefield, Wilmington, and Stoneham. Today, the YMCA is one of the community’s leading social service providers. This facility features an outdoor splash pad that can be used during the summer months.
