JR. CELTICS ACADEMY LEAGUE

Jr. Celtics Academy Leagues are a fun, developmental opportunity to build a deeper love for basketball and be a part of the YMCA’s community.

SESSION DATES:
November 10, 2025 – February 14, 2026

During our program participants will experience a blend of individual skill instruction along with game play that supports what they have learned. First and foremost, our leagues are about learning the game and having fun doing it. Our team of experts have built a curriculum and training focused on accomplishing this.

As a league participant your child will receive an official Jr. Celtics Academy jersey, a kickoff event; Draft Day where players get exposed to what it is like to be a professional for the Boston Celtics, 12 training and game sessions, along with other fun Celtics events.

YMCA swim lessons for youth ages 6-12 provide a safe, fun, and engaging environment where kids build confidence in the water while learning essential swimming and water safety skills. Guided by trained instructors, participants progress through six swimming stages, focusing on techniques such as floating, stroke development, and endurance, all while fostering a love for swimming and lifelong water safety awareness.
