The YMCA is excited to offer Pedaling for Parkinson’s (PFP) and support those living with PD in our communities and beyond. This program is available at NO COST thanks to the support of our generous donors, and includes a full access, family membership while in the program.

Launching this Fall 2024! (12 week program)

  • Oak Square YMCA:
    • Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 10:00am-11:00am
  • Charles River YMCA:
    • Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 11:00am-12:00pm
  • North Suburban YMCA:
    • Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 1:00pm-2:00pm
  • Huntington Ave YMCA:
    • Monday, Wednesday, Friday | 1:00pm-2:00pm

  • 30-75 years old

Guided by trained instructors, participants progress through six swimming stages, focusing on techniques such as floating, stroke development, and endurance, all while fostering a love for swimming and lifelong water safety awareness.
