Announcement: New CRM Launch!

We are excited to inform you of our new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system that will help us enhance your membership and program experience. This new technology will improve how we serve you, making it easier to access all the YMCA programs and services you enjoy most, manage your account, and easily view your payment history and due dates!

Launch Date & Temporary Service Interruption

Our new CRM system officially went live on November 4, 2024.

Online program registration for youth and adult programs, along with other features on our current CRM will be unavailable from October 28 – November 24. If you would like to register for a Late Fall Program (Late Fall session runs 10/28 – 12/22) please visit your local YMCA location. Registration for our Winter 2025 programs will be available online for members beginning on November 25 in our new system. Registration for non-members will begin December 16.

Billing Date Change

Starting in November, we will also be updating the automatic membership draft date to the 5th of every month. This change will go into effect with your Membership payment in November. Child Development program drafts will remain on Mondays per existing payment plans.

YMCA CRM System Update: Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

We are transitioning to a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to improve your membership experience. It will make managing your account, accessing programs, and viewing payments easier. With less time spent on administrative tasks, we can spend more time with YOU!

The new CRM will officially go live on November 4, 2024.

Yes, the current CRM system will be unavailable from October 28 to November 3, 2024. However, our team will still be available in person to help with class registrations and other inquiries during this period.

Our mobile app, and the ability to register for group exercise and water exercise registration will function as normal.

You can still reach out to us for help during the transition. Please visit your local YMCA or reach out via ymcaboston.org/contact.

Yes, starting in November, the automatic draft date for membership will move to the 5th of each month. This will take effect with your payment in November.

Child development program payments will continue on Mondays per existing payment plans.

Yes, starting on December 2, automatic billing for our families in our Afterschool and Early Education programs will be changing to Mondays weekly and no longer will there be monthly or bi-weekly option.

Note that because of the unavailability of our system, you will not be billed the week of October 28 but will be billed twice on November 4.

No, the new CRM will be in place and families can expect to register as planned.

The new CRM system is built with enhanced security features to ensure your personal information stays safe.
