Parkway Community YMCA Day Camp

Campers will have an amazing summer experience participating in activities such as swimming, arts and crafts, field trips, organized games and various structured activities. The learning that our campers partake in is a mix of fun, educational, hands-on and interactive. Campers will have special visitors on site throughout the summer.

PARKWAY MINI CAMP

This year the Parkway YMCA will offer a mini-week session for children ages 4 to 6 to kick off the summer season! These bite-sized camp sessions offer youth an opportunity to ease into the routines and fun of camp. Campers will play games, sing songs, swim, and participate in a variety of activities with peers. In addition to our full time Camp Director, these sessions will be led by camp counselors and feature a 1:5 ratio.

Parkway Day Camp Voyagers

Past themes include sports week, science week, wilderness week and more. Join us as we travel in and out of the city of Boston on a mission to stay active and learn more!

With a focus on being active and having fun, our summer camp offers group games, sports, creative arts, STEAM, and so much more. We also offer a 5 week summer learning academy for all of our campers to learn through the blend of high quality, hands on learning and enrichment activities. Campers will also have the opportunity to swim at the Parkway YMCA throughout the summer.

Theatre Track For Campers: Campers can also register for our theatre track where every week campers will be putting on a play for our parent events and closing ceremonies on Fridays! Campers will spend the week learning theatrical skills, learning their lines and rehearsing for their big performance!

Campers will participate in weekly trips which will include themes such as physical challenge week (hiking, kayaking, etc.), fun and games week (arcades, go-carting racing, movies), Beech Week (fun in the sun at our many beaches in Massachusetts) and more! Kick back on Fridays at camp and celebrate theme days with the other campers and a pizza party for lunch!

Our traditional day camp experience, focused on relationship building, achievement, and a sense of belonging. Located in the beautiful Blue Hills Reservation, campers take part in swimming, high and low ropes activities, archery, sports, outdoor education, drama, arts and crafts, and so much more!
For families dropping off and picking up directly at camp, please note that campers will need to be dropped off starting at 8:30am and picked up by 3:45pm.
