The Jones’ Homemade Sliders
Ingredients
Dry
- 1 lbs lean ground beef (90/10 is ideal) or lean ground turkey
- ½ package onion soup mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (can also use reduced fat)
- 1 package mini rolls (can use Hawaiian, whole wheat, sourdough)
- Sliced dill pickles
Wet
- 1 tbs light mayo
Instructions
- Brown meat in a skillet; drain fat
- Add onion soup mix, plus 2/3 cups water; bring to a boil.
- Simmer until water evaporates, then add mayo and cheese. Mix well.
- Serve on rolls with pickles
