Malaysian Chicken Tenders
Ingredients
Dry
- 2 lbs. chicken breasts or tenders
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1/3 c sugar
- Optional: sprinkle with sesame seeds; add small can of diced pineapple
Wet
- 1 c light soy sauce
- ¼ c pineapple juice
- ¼ c canola oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Combine everything in a pan and bake 25 minutes.
- Serve with brown rice (90-second microwave or instant).
- Steam or microwave fresh or frozen Asian vegetable combo and toss with sauce.
