At NFL FLAG, we know the foundation of youth sports is more than just learning the fundamentals. It’s about being part of a team and, most importantly, having fun. That’s why each NFL FLAG league is designed to give children of all abilities a chance to learn, play— and have a blast doing it. Flag football is the perfect introduction to football fundamentals and a great opportunity for tackle athletes to refine their technique in the offseason. NFL FLAG leagues are no contact so boys and girls of all ages and skill levels can learn to play—and have tons of fun.
