Masters Workout club is for registered swimmers only, looking to practice at designated times and spaces with workouts provided by USMS. This program is geared toward competitive swimmers.

YMCA of Greater Boston Swim Teams

All YMCA of Greater Boston Swim Teams are known as the Sea Dragons! The Sea Dragons Swim Team is a fun and supportive group where kids train together with great coaches to become strong, competitive swimmers. Our goal is to help each swimmer reach their best and compete with other teams from all over New England.

Children ages 5-18 who’ve finished Stage 5 or 6 swim lessons (based on YMCA levels), or the highest level at another swim program, are welcome to try out!
