Y Achievers es un programa nacional que ayuda a los jóvenes a descubrir y perseguir una educación superior y metas profesionales equipándolos con las habilidades necesarias para tener éxito y ser modelos a seguir en la comunidad. Nuestras reuniones quincenales se ubican intencionalmente en el campus del Instituto de Tecnología de Wentworth para inspirar esperanza y la creencia de que un título universitario está en el futuro de todos nuestros estudiantes. Los estudiantes son guiados por el personal y los profesionales locales en los campos que les interesan a través de Career Clusters y Life Skill Clusters.

OBJETIVOS DEL PROGRAMA
- Expose youth to career and college knowledge through the lens of professionals in their local communities. We believe that children cannot aspire to what they cannot see and experience.
- Ayude a los jóvenes a desarrollar talentos individuales, un sentido positivo de sí mismos y capacidad de liderazgo.
- Motivar a los participantes a mejorar el rendimiento académico, tener éxito en la escuela y adquirir habilidades comerciales.
