Our 6 5K races are the perfect motivation to keep you on course to health & wellness. This 5K Race is a Needham staple for the 4th of July holiday. This year the Race will take place on Friday, July 4th and begin at 8:30am. All proceeds will benefit the Charles River YMCA and help make it possible for all members of our local community to benefit from our programs and memberships.
