Enhance Fitness is an evidence-based group exercise and falls prevention program that helps older adults at all levels of fitness become more active, energized, and empowered. This class is perfect for older adults who are interested in getting started or getting back into fitness, but need a bit of support to regain strength safely.
Detalles del programa
Enhance Fitness is taught by nationally trained and certified instructors. Classes meet three times per week for 16 weeks. Each participant has the option to participate in the program from a standing position or seated position.
Enhance Fitness is offered at no cost to the community due to generous support from organizations like Beth Israel Lahey Saludy otros simpatizantes comprometidos.
