The Jones’ Homemade Sliders

Ingredients

Dry

  • 1 lbs lean ground beef (90/10 is ideal) or lean ground turkey
  • ½ package onion soup mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (can also use reduced fat)
  • 1 package mini rolls (can use Hawaiian, whole wheat, sourdough)
  • Sliced dill pickles

Wet

  • 1 tbs light mayo

Instructions

  • Brown meat in a skillet; drain fat
  • Add onion soup mix, plus 2/3 cups water; bring to a boil.
  • Simmer until water evaporates, then add mayo and cheese. Mix well.
  • Serve on rolls with pickles
