But we understand circumstances change.  <\/p>\n<p><u>Membership cancellations require 15 days notice prior to the next draft date.<\/u> Requests made less than 15 days will be charged one additional time, keeping the membership active through the next month. Memberships with an active registration or program cannot terminate membership until after the program ends, or the program spot will be forfeited.  <\/p>\n<p>As a reminder, Memberships can be placed on Hold for a total of 3 months per calendar year. 15 days\u2019 notice prior to the draft is still required, and the hold must be a minimum of 30 days. During this time you will not be charged, but you are also unable to utilize the Y during that time.
