YMCA Training, Inc.’s Computerized Office Skills is a 20-week, full-time professional training program. Working in a business environment, participants gain office and computer skills that prepare them to thrive in skilled employment.

Administrative Customer Service Support
Financial Services / Insurance
Health Insurance Customer Service
As part of our training, participants run virtual simulated businesses and medical offices where they handle customers and patient registration, process orders, manage work teams, facilitate meetings, and give presentations.
Eight-week internships with leading companies provide on-the-job experience and valuable networking opportunities.
We offer ongoing employment assistance to our participants and graduates. The program includes resume and cover letter preparation, navigating on-line job searching sites, and interview preparation and practice.
