\nMasters Workout club is for registered swimmers only, looking to practice at designated times and spaces with workouts provided by USMS<\/a>. This program is geared toward competitive swimmers and available at our North Suburban YMCA (Woburn) location. <\/p>\n
All YMCA of Greater Boston Swim Teams are known as the Sea Dragons! The Sea Dragons Swim Team is a fun and supportive group where kids train together with great coaches to become strong, competitive swimmers.
