THE PINK PROGRAM

WHAT IS THE PINK PROGRAM AND HOW DOES THE YMCA OF GREATER BOSTON HELP BREAST CANCER SURVIVORS?

The PINK Program for breast cancer survivors is a locally developed program specifically designed to help breast cancer survivors boost energy, increase strength and restore ease of movement while performing daily tasks. Classes are tailored for the different types of breast cancer surgeries and adapted for all fitness levels. 

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

Any adult 18 years old or older who is living with or beyond cancer treatment.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Contributions to our Annual Campaign and at some locations, corporate sponsors fund this program open to all members of the community. 

WHERE IS IT OFFERED?

The PINK Program is offered year-round at various locations: Burbank, Lahey Burlington (managed by the Burbank YMCA), Parkway Community YMCA (West Roxbury).
