All registrations require a minimum fee of $50 to be applied to each camper's store account (not included in tuition rate). Any left over funds are transferred to our camp scholarship fund.

 

Financial Assistance

YMCA Overnight Camps are open to all families regardless of income, ability, race or religion. Through the YMCA's ACCESS program families who cannot afford the full price of camp tuition may qualify for assistance (up to 40% based on income and family size).

We offer scholarships and a variety of payment plans to meet your family’s needs. Download a campership application or contact us for more information.

Additional Programs

We offer additional programs for children to further enhance their experience at camp.

  • Horseback Riding: $300 per session
  • Waterskiing: $300 per session
  • Holdover Program: $150 (July 7/8, July 21/22, August 4/5, the early arrival or late departure dates)
  • Bus Transportation: $100 One Way, $125 Round Trip
    • To Camp From 316 Huntington Ave, Boston, MA:  June 24, July 8, July 22, August 5
    • From Camp to 316 Huntington Ave, Boston, MA:  July 7, July 21, August 4, August 18

Application & Deposit Information

Applications can be completed and mailed back starting October 4, 2018.  All registrations much be accompanied with a non-refundable $100 per 2-week session deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellation made after April 1st - 50% of tuition is non-refundable.
Any cancellation made after June 1st - 100% of tuition is non-refundable.

Refer-a-Friend Program

The greatest compliment we can get at Camp is the referral of new campers by members of our "North Woods & Pleasant Valley Families" who have had positive and meaningful experiences.

  • Refer- A-Friend! Recruit a friend to attend a two-week session this summer and get a $50 tuition rebate for you and $50 off for your new camper friend in the fall
  • Refer-A-Friend Program Guidelines: Recruited friend must be a new camper to North Woods or Pleasant Valley Camp and cannot be your own sibling. Once both campers are registered, please contact us at campingservices@ymcaboston.org, prior to attending camp. Rebates are processed in the fall and may be applied to the next camping year.
