The Charles River YMCA is now offering a Get Started program for all new adult members. Get Started is three free sessions of individualized, one-on-one personal coaching. And, it is available to all YMCA of Greater Boston new adult members.
Valued at over $150, Get Started personal coaching is available at all 13 YMCA of Greater Boston locations. A certifed instructor will help you Get Started right away and will continue to personally monitor your progress through monthly Fit Checks.
